Using the iPads in maths.

Today we have been experimenting with some of the iPad apps.

The apps have been designed to play with 2 or more players and asked the children to answer randomly generated questions in + - x ÷ within a set amount of time. Their scores were recorded at the end.

We played:

IHave

Maths Sumo

Multiple Wipeout

Ghostblasters

5/4's Spring project!

Dear all,
I hope you have all showed your parents your project pack and letter outlining your 4 week task. Incase you want to view the letter, what I'm looking for, and the success criteria. Remember you have 4 weeks to do this - 28 days - and you should just be looking to cover the WILF (What I'm Looking For). You can copy and paste pictures and small bits of information but I want to see what YOU can write in your own words!

You may use the encyclopedias, books (and I suggest you choose a library book related to your animal next week) and the internet to find out information. And if you want to use any of these things in school please ask me!

Also, please don't forget the website http://class54project.moonfruit.com has lots of information on various endangered animals, plus any area to leave any questions or comments.

Finally, if you have any questions please come and see me.

Mr Santy
