Over the past 6 weeks we have been learning about the story of Robin Hood. We have learnt about who Robin was, how he met Friar Tuck, Little John and Maid Marian the adventures he went on. We have been writing stories set in Medieval England. Studying Sherwood Forest. And paying close attention to the evil Sheriff of Nottingham and Prince John.
For homework this week 5/4S had to create a summary/biography of Robin's life and what sort of a person Robin was like.

As you can see, the children spent a lot of time neatly writing their work. Also drawing or printing and gluing pictures of the characters.

We came to the conclusion that there still is still a lot of debate about whether Robin Hood was real or not. We decided that we would keep an open mind and continue to keep finding out information about him!
